Tarte ruban à la courgette

Ingredients
For 6 persons:- 2 jars of Chickpea cream 110g Jean Martin
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1.5 kg of small zucchini
- 1 square of Kiri type cheese
- fresh thyme
Recipe
Cut the zucchini lengthwise with a mandolin and blanch them for 30 seconds in boiling water.
Mix the Kiri and the 2 chickpea creams.
Spread the shortcrust pastry in a tart mold and spread it with the chickpea cream mixture.
Arrange the strips in a rosette starting from the edge towards the center.
Season with salt and pepper, add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.
Place in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C, heat up and down.
