Taboulé de crevettes à la plancha

Ingredients
For 4 people :- 1 tabbouleh the original 630g Jean Martin
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 candied lemon
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 red onion
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
- 300g raw or frozen shrimp or prawns
- Flat-leaf parsley and fresh mint
- 1 lime
Recipe
Prepare the base of the tabbouleh: pour the semolina into a large bowl, then the contents of the jar, mix well and refrigerate so that the semolina seeds swell well.
Prepare the marinade: pressed garlic, candied lemon, dill and olive oil with the zest and juice of lime, mix with a hand blender.
Brush the marinade onto the shrimp skewers and cook them on the grill or in a pan.
Prepare diced crunchy vegetables: pepper, white celery, cucumber, then add them to the tabbouleh.
Finally, add chopped aromatic herbs (mint, flat-leaf parsley).
